STATIONARY FUEL CELL PROGRAM Program Opportunity Notice (PON) 3841 New York State Energy Research and Development Authority
The Stationary Fuel Cell Program (PON 3841) funded by the Clean Energy Fund supports the purchase, installation, and operation of continuous-duty stationary fuel cell electric power generation equipment at eligible host sites in New York State. This program supports the installation of large fuel cell modules with a nameplate rating greater than 25 kW. The Fuel Cell Program encourages the generation of power at the electric customer’s location and used primarily to serve their electric needs. This solicitation provides financial assistance to reduce the upfront costs to install and operate fuel cells, reduce energy expenses and greenhouse gas emissions, relieve strain on the electric grid, and in certain cases, provide emergency power to the host site.
