You are invited to share your ideas on the Sustainable Transportation Equity Project (STEP) Draft Requirements and Criteria.
They want your input on the design of this $22 million pilot.
STEP is a new pilot that takes a community-based approach to overcoming barriers to clean transportation. STEP aims to address community residents’ transportation needs, increase access to key destinations, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by funding planning, clean transportation, and supporting projects.
CARB has released a draft document for public comment that outlines STEP’s draft requirements and criteria. Please submit your comments on STEP’s Draft Requirements and Criteria by March 18, 2020 to firstname.lastname@example.org.
CARB created this document based on feedback from stakeholders in four public work group meetings hosted between October 2019 and January 2020. Depending on the public comments received, CARB may hold an additional public work group meeting after the public comment period closes to address ideas from the public comment period.
