CA HCD - Manufactured Housing Opportunity and Revitalization Program Draft Guidelines Released

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has just released the Manufactured Housing Opportunity and Revitalization Program (MORE) draft guidelines.

The goal of the MORE program is to help preserve Mobilehome Parks as a safe and affordable source of housing for California communities.

The MORE program provides funding for the preservation of Mobilehome Parks and individual Mobilehomes by awarding funds to, among other activities, acquire and/or rehabilitate Mobilehome Parks and rehabilitate or replace individual Mobilehomes within a Mobilehome Park.

Public comment period ends February 15, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
