CA SGC - Transformative Climate Communities Draft Guidelines and Workshops
SGC released the Transformative Climate Communities Program (TCC) Round 5 Draft Program Guidelines for public comment on November 21, 2022. The Draft Guidelines include updates to Project Area eligibility criteria, advanced payment options, leverage funding requirements, and requirements impacting applicants from tribal communities and unincorporated communities. The Draft Guidelines also propose to pilot a new grant type that would support project development. You can view a summary of the draft changes and a request for feedback on other potential changes here. SGC will accept public comments through December 21, 2022. Please send all comments to tcc@sgc.ca.gov in the body of an email or in a PDF or Word attachment. Join them to discuss the Draft Guidelines in December:
