Strategic Growth Council invites public comment on the Draft Round 1 Regional Climate Collaboratives Program (RCC) Guidelines. RCC is a new grant program that will support under-resourced communities to build the capacity needed to secure and implement funding for climate change mitigation and adaptation projects. The public comment period runs from February 8 to March 10, 2022.
This draft incorporates feedback received through four public listening sessions, focus groups, and key informant interviews conducted throughout Fall 2021. Feedback received by the March 10, 2022 deadline will inform a final version of the guidelines, which SGC will post on its website in mid-April in advance of SGC’s public meeting on April 26, 2022.
