California law provides strong protections against hostile work environments, which can include harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. If you are facing such issues at work, you have legal options to address these behaviors and seek compensation (https://consumerattorneys.com/article/hostile-work-environment-california). Employers are required by law to maintain a safe and respectful workplace, and failure to do so can lead to legal consequences.
