NYSERDA - FLEXIBLE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (FlexTech) Revised Program Opportunity Notice (PON) 4192

Revised October 2020 - Program Opportunity Notice (PON) 4192 supports New York State Commercial, Industrial, and Multifamily customers who pay into the System Benefits Charge by providing a cost-share for credible, objective technical assistance services. These services encompass a wide range of activities to help customers make informed clean energy investment and sustainability decisions. Customers faced with unprecedented new challenges and opportunities can use FlexTech to pinpoint which energy efficient and/or clean heating and cooling options are right for them. Summary of Program Changes:

  • Information has been added on Indoor Air Quality studies.

  • Combined Heat and Power studies (Traditional and Premium) are no longer eligible for cost-sharing.

  • Increased in-kind contribution allowance and student intern bonus for REV Campus Challenge Members.

  • Added developing curriculum or student clean energy engagements as an eligible Supporting Service for REV Campus Challenge Members.

  • The FlexTech Program Application has been updated.

  • The FlexTech Program Terms & Conditions have been updated.

  • Various programmatic clarifications including, but not limited to, project eligibility, requirements, and eligible measures.
