AWARD AND POST-AWARD GRANT CONSULTING

GMA has years of experience administering grant funding with in-depth knowledge of regulations, such as the 2 CFR 200. The CFR compliance complexity can pose significant challenges for profit companies, non-profits and state and local governments aiming to develop efficient programs and optimize funding.

Award Stage:

Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring compliance with 2 CFR 200 and other relevant regulations is crucial to avoid legal and financial penalties.

Effective Communication: Clear communication with grantors to understand the terms and conditions of the award.

Post-Award Stage:

Monitoring and Reporting: Ongoing monitoring of project progress and accurate, timely reporting to the grantor is essential for transparency and accountability.

Financial Management: Proper financial management to ensure funds are used appropriately and efficiently.

By anticipating these challenges and developing strategies to address them, our clients can improve the administration process and management of their grant programs, thereby enhancing their likelihood of positive outcomes, quicker payments, and a reduction in compliance issues.
