This program encourages new collaborative efforts within the realm of Digital Twins, aiming at stimulating fundamental research innovation, pushing, and expanding the boundaries of knowledge, and exploring new frontiers in mathematics and computation for Digital Twin development, and its applications.

The Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) program invests in the Nation's colleges and universities to aid student success to create a new generation of STEM discoverers for the national STEM enterprise.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE’s) Renew America’s Schools program provides investments to transform decaying public school infrastructure into healthier, more energy efficient learning environments.

Through public-private partnerships, USDA APHIS will develop and utilize antimicrobial resistance dashboard tools to improve access to information on antimicrobial resistance in domesticated animals, including livestock, poultry, and companion animals.

The purpose of the CRISI Program is to invest in a wide range of projects within the United States to improve railroad safety, efficiency, and reliability; mitigate congestion at both intercity passenger rail and freight rail chokepoints to support more efficient travel and goods movement; enhance multi-modal connections; and lead to new or substantially improved Intercity Passenger Rail Transportation corridors.

The Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) program is a competitive program. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provides approximately $8 billion for INFRA over 5 years, of which approximately $2.7 billion will be made available. 

The Active Transportation Plans include, but are not limited to, increasing the proportion of trips accomplished by walking and biking, increasing the safety and mobility of non-motorized users, advancing efforts of regional agencies to achieve greenhouse gas reduction goals, enhancing public health, and providing a broad spectrum of projects to benefit many types of users including disadvantaged communities.

Federal grant funds for the SIRC Program are to be awarded on a competitive basis to eligible entities to test the feasibility of a road usage fee and other user-based alternative revenue mechanisms to help maintain the long-term solvency of the Highway Trust Fund.

The Active Transportation Infrastructure Investment Program (ATIIP) projects will help improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of active transportation networks and communities; improve connectivity between active transportation modes and public transportation; enhance the resiliency of on- and off-road active transportation infrastructure and help protect the environment; and improve quality of life in disadvantaged communities through the delivery of connected active transportation networks and expanded mobility opportunities.

Through the SEDC grant program, DOT expects the expanded availability, timeliness, and accessibility of reportable crash data will create a system that will more rapidly and comprehensively identify recent changes, expand the number of insights derived from the data, and better enable analysis to inform policy and decision making.

For this competitive program, DOE is making up to $40 million in TREC funds available to states, territories, and the District of Columbia to complement the previously announced TREC formula funding.

The Micro-Grants for Food Security Program (MGFSP) assists agricultural agencies or departments in eligible states and territories to increase the quantity and quality of locally grown food in food insecure communities through small-scale gardening, herding, and livestock operations in food insecure communities in areas of the United States that have significant levels of food insecurity and import a significant quantity of foods.

The goal of this funding opportunity is for NRCS, in collaboration with a diverse set of partners, including historically underserved farmers and ranchers and their organizations, to expand the delivery of conservation technical assistance to support grazing planning and conservation practice implementation and monitoring, conferences and other education, demonstrations, producer networks, workforce training, research and outreach projects to improve agricultural resilience.

The EPA Exchange Network Grant Program is soliciting project applications to support the Environmental Information Exchange Network (EN) to: Facilitate sharing of environmental data, especially through shared and reusable services; Reduce burden and avoid costs for co-regulators and the regulated community; Streamline data collection and exchanges to improve its timeliness for decision making; Increase the quality and access to environmental data through discovery, publishing, outbound and analytical services; and Increase data and IT management capabilities needed to fully participate in the EN.

The goals for this funding opportunity are to bring chargers to disadvantaged and low-income communities with the fewest options for public EV charging. Utilizing data from the Senate Bill 1000 report, we aim to target urban census tracts across the state with the fewest public EV chargers per capita.

engine (ICE) school buses owned by local educational agencies. The replacement buses will be Zero-Emission, and a portion of the allotted funds will support charging or fueling infrastructure.

Grants.gov will conduct routine system maintenance on the 3rd weekend of every month. The maintenance window will be Saturday 12:01 AM to 6:00 AM ET the following business day (typically Monday).
