The Clean Mobility Options Program is set to accept Community Transportation Needs Assessment applications starting at 9:00 am PT on November 2, 2022, which will be processed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis. The Community Transportation Needs Assessment vouchers, worth up to $100,000 each, help under-resourced communities identify and address their transportation challenges.

Applications are reviewed initially for completeness and eligibility.
Incomplete applications will be immediately rejected, however, our technical assistance team is available to help you understand missing items and resubmit your complete application.
The application window will close after one month.
If your needs assessment project is eligible, your application is complete and there are available funds, you will move on to voucher execution and reimbursement training.
