The Cal OES Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Team will be presenting a webinar titled, BRIC and FMA Notice of Interest (NOI) Webinar. The webinar will assist subapplicants to draft and submit a NOI though the Cal OES community portal. A NOI is a necessary precursor in the BRIC and FMA subapplication process.
