The State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has posted proposed changes to the 2017/2018 CDBG-DR Mitigation Substantial Action Plan Amendment 2 (APA 2) for areas impacted by the 2017 and 2018 Wildfires and High Wind events (FEMA disasters DR-4382, DR-4407 and DR-4344, DR-4353).
HCD will discuss the proposed changes and update on processes and programs for the both 2017 and 2018 CDBG-DR MIT grant in the following public meeting webinars:

Public Comment Period
The public will be able to review and comment on the draft amendment during the required 45-day public review period. The Action Plan Amendment can be accessed on HCD’s website under State CDBG-MIT Action Plan for 2017 and 2018 Disasters.
