Multifamily Housing Program July 2020 Notice of Funding Availability

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is pleased to announce the release of the Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) July 2020 Notice of Funding Availability for approximately $175 million.

Funding for this NOFA is provided by the Veterans and Affordable Housing Bond Act of 2018 (Proposition 1), adopted by voters on November 6, 2018. This funding allows for the allocation of $1.5 billion of the bond proceeds for MHP to assist the new construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of permanent and transitional rental housing for lower-income households.
