NYSERDA - Commercial & Industrial Carbon Challenge

NYSERDA launched the Commercial & Industrial Carbon Challenge (C&I Carbon Challenge) to help large energy users strategically manage energy use. Through the C&I Carbon Challenge, you can access funding to help develop clean energy plans and implement projects that will help improve your operations and your bottom line.


NYSERDA is making up to $15 million available as part of the C&I Carbon Challenge, ranging from $500,000 to $5 million per successful proposal. If selected as a C&I Carbon Challenge participant, you will work with a dedicated NYSERDA project manager and technical specialist to navigate NYSERDA and utility opportunities, track progress, provide feedback and guidance on measures to be implemented, and collaborate with other NYSERDA partners.
