Description:
NYSERDA is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, statewide building data platform and analytical resources that will be used to quantify and strengthen the development, implementation and execution of NYSERDA’s market-focused efforts to accelerate building electrification, as well as the adoption of clean energy products and energy efficiency measures. Proposals may be submitted by an individual firm or a team arrangement of firms, to provide optimal services at the lowest cost possible.
This effort includes:
aggregating information from a myriad of public and private sources on all properties and buildings in New York encompassing location, topography, structure information, zoning/property use, heating system, fuel source/utility service, etc.,
providing a cloud-based platform to offer this information to NYSERDA employees and contractors and, where possible, the general public to support clean energy programs and business development efforts,
developing internet-based applications to support market adoption of clean energy resources, and,
conducting market analyses in support of NYSERDA program objectives.
