To All Interested Parties, The Air District is currently accepting public comments for the development of the Transportation Fund for Clean Air (TFCA) Regional Fund Policies and Evaluation Criteria for Fiscal Year Ending (FYE) 2022 ("FYE 2022 Policies"). Two public webinars have been scheduled to review the current fiscal year policies, discuss proposed updates, and obtain stakeholder feedback. Based on input from stakeholders, Air District staff will prepare a final draft of the proposed FYE 2022 Policies for consideration by the Air District's Board of Directors at a meeting that is tentatively scheduled for June 2021. The adopted FYE 2022 Policies will govern the use of the TFCA funds from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022. The initial draft of the FYE 2022 Policies is available in the "Resources" section of the Air District's TFCA Regional Fund web page.
