Eligibility: Cities, counties, JPA’s, Nonprofits and districts (a recreation and park district, a public utility district, memorial district, Malaga County Water District, community service district, etc. See Application Guidelines for more details),

A PROJECT must involve either DEVELOPMENT or a combination of ACQUISITION and DEVELOPMENT to:

1. Create a NEW PARK, or

2. EXPAND an EXISTING PARK, or

3. RENOVATE an EXISTING PARK
