Open Solicitations:

Technology and Manufacturing

EnergIIZE provides incentives for zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure equipment for medium- and heavy- duty (MD/HD) battery electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles operated and domiciled in California.

The Equipment Grant Program (EGP) serves to increase access to shared-use special purpose equipment/instruments for fundamental and applied research for use in the food and agricultural sciences programs at institutions of higher education, including State Cooperative Extension Systems.

The goal of Future Manufacturing is to support fundamental research, education, and training of a future workforce to overcome scientific, technological, educational, economic, and social barriers in order to catalyze new manufacturing capabilities that do not exist today.

The Responsible Design, Development, and Deployment of Technologies (ReDDDoT) program invites proposals from multidisciplinary, multi-sector teams that examine and demonstrate the principles, methodologies, implementations, and impacts associated with responsible design, development, and deployment of technologies in practice, focusing especially on the key technologies specified in Section 10387 of the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022.

The DOE SC program in Accelerator Research and Development and Production (ARDAP) hereby announces its interest in applications to conduct cross-cutting use-inspired basic research and development (R&D) to advance accelerator science and technology (AS&T) and domestic supplier development that supports SC’s activities in physical sciences research, and which is of broader benefit to other U.S. government agencies and industry.

Through this NOFO, U.S. DOT seeks to advance research and technologies that support the Department’s goal of expanding accessibility and mobility to underserved communities, including people with disabilities, older Americans, and rural and disadvantaged communities.

The DOE SC program in Fusion Energy Sciences (FES) hereby announces its interest in receiving new or renewal single-investigator or small-group research applications from universities and non-profit organizations to carry out frontier-level research in basic plasma science and engineering.


Environment

The purpose of this solicitation is to implement the California Water Action Plan in the Coachella Valley.


Housing

Through this NOFO, HUD is awarding Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) grants to support selected communities develop and implement systems infrastructure to better address youth homelessness.

The purpose of HUD’s Housing Counseling Grant Program is to provide funds to HUD-approved housing counseling agencies that provide counseling and advice to tenants and homeowners, with respect to property maintenance, financial management and literacy, and other matters as may be appropriate to assist program clients in improving their housing conditions, meeting their financial needs, and fulfilling the responsibilities of tenancy or homeownership.

This NOFO solicits applications to enable more low-income, disadvantaged, and Tribal kindergarten through twelfth grade (K-12) schools and/or school districts to monitor and reduce GHG emissions and indoor air pollutants through the development and adoption of comprehensive indoor air quality (IAQ) management plans.

NIFA requests applications for the Rural Health and Safety Education (RHSE) Competitive Grant Program for FY 2024 to address the needs of rural Americans by providing individual and family health education programs.


Forecasted Opportunities:

Through this planned FOA, the Office of Indian Energy intends to solicit applications from Indian Tribes, which include Alaska Native Regional Corporations and Village Corporations, Intertribal Organizations, and Tribal Energy Development Organizations to install clean energy technology on Tribal lands.
