The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is hosting its 2024 Growth Accelerator Fund Competition (GAFC), which offers a total of more than $5M in prize awards to organizations seeking to foster a national innovation support ecosystem that advances small business research and development (R&D) from ideas to the commercial market.
The OYA Career Pathway Program for PY 23-24 grants will be to design and implement projects that focus on creating pathways to success that test and demonstrate program strategies to improve employment outcomes and reduce persistent economic inequities for OYA 18-28 years of age.

Energy
The purpose of the Energy Efficiency Priorities Grant is to distribute federal funds to disadvantaged communities in Maine for projects that improve energy efficiency and implement clean energy systems.
DOE has opened an initial funding opportunity for universities, non-profit, and for-profit organizations to accelerate analysis of regional climate change threats and impacts on electric grid infrastructure.
Environment
The purpose of this grant is to support planning and development of enforcement programs on conservation lands.
This Notice of Funding Opportunity announces the availability of funds and solicits applications from eligible entities to develop projects for hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) reclamation and innovative destruction technologies.
DOE announced the third opening of a five-year $2.25 billion funding opportunity available through President Biden’s Investing in America agenda to support the transport and permanent storage of carbon dioxide captured from industrial and power generation facilities, as well as from legacy carbon dioxide emissions removed directly from the atmosphere.
Housing
The purpose of the MIT-RIP program is to assist local Jurisdictions with Mitigation-related infrastructure needs to support risk reduction from the three primary hazards (wildfire, flooding, and earthquake) as established within the Mitigation Needs Assessment (MNA).
The purpose of this solicitation is to develop and demonstrate a decision tool that can provide homeowners with detailed information on their electricity use and panel capacity and provide actionable pathways to achieve electrification.
Forecasted Opportunities:
This grant program supports increasing the pace and scale of forest fuels management by expanding capacities of businesses that work in removing and utilizing forest fuels, fire reintroduction, and reforestation of forests degraded by overcrowding, drought, pest infestation, and catastrophic fire. Update 01/15/24: Though the application window was expected to open today, the website still lists this opportunity as Closed as of 11AM PT.
MassCEC seeks feedback on draft guidelines for subawards from the funding opportunity "Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid, Formula Grants to States and Indian Tribes," which will provide $459M annually over a period of five years to States and Indian Tribes to improve the resilience of the electric grid against disruptive events.
